Who operates LootWire

LootWire is an independent gaming information project operated as part of NodachiLab. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contato@nodachilab.com.

Information processed when you visit

LootWire does not currently provide public user accounts, comments or payment forms. Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process technical request data such as IP address, browser/user-agent information, requested URL, timestamps, response status and security logs. This information can be necessary to deliver the site, diagnose failures and protect it from abuse.

The site also stores your privacy preference locally in your browser so it can remember whether optional analytics or advertising storage is allowed.

Third-party data and external resources

LootWire displays information obtained from third-party gaming and streaming sources. Some images may be served from third-party content delivery networks. When your browser requests an external image or you follow an external link, the third party may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address, browser information and referrer data, subject to its own privacy practices.

LootWire does not control the privacy practices of Steam, Epic Games, GOG, Nuuvem, Twitch, publishers, news websites or other third-party destinations.

Advertising and Google services

As of this policy update, Google AdSense and Google Analytics are not active on LootWire. The site is being prepared so advertising can be added later without silently enabling optional tracking.

If Google advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, IP addresses, web beacons or other identifiers to serve, measure and protect ads. Google may use advertising cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Users can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where required for Google publisher products in the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland, LootWire will use a Google-certified consent management platform before serving personalized advertising.

Legal bases and privacy rights

Depending on your location, privacy laws such as Brazil's LGPD, the GDPR/UK GDPR, California privacy laws or other regional rules may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent for optional processing.

Requests can be sent to contato@nodachilab.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify a legitimate request, but you should never send passwords or sensitive credentials.

Retention, security and children

Privacy preference data remains in your browser until you change the preference, clear site data or the preference version changes. Hosting and security logs may be retained according to operational and hosting requirements. LootWire does not intentionally request sensitive personal information.

LootWire is a general-audience gaming information site and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe personal information from a child has been submitted or collected improperly, contact us so it can be reviewed.

This policy may be updated when the site's technology, advertising, analytics or legal obligations change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
