Official badge data
Artwork, badge IDs, titles and descriptions originate from Twitch badge data where available.
All Twitch global badge versions returned by Helix, with active campaigns surfaced first, LootWire detection history, and verified earning information when available.
Twitch Helix provides badge IDs, images, titles, descriptions and click actions. LootWire can safely derive some earning mechanics directly from those official descriptions. Exact campaign dates and broader category/channel rules appear only when an official Twitch announcement verifies them.
LootWire starts with Twitch global badge data and then adds earning context only when it can be supported by official metadata or a reliable public campaign announcement. That distinction matters because a badge image and description can be official even when the exact event dates or earning rules are not exposed through the same API.
Current badges, newly detected badges and archived observations are kept distinct. Campaign labels such as Active or Upcoming are shown only when dates have been verified. Unknown requirements remain unknown instead of being filled with community guesses.

LootWire can add dates or earning instructions when a reliable announcement supports them.
The site can remember when a badge was first or last observed without claiming that observation date is the badge’s official release date.
No. Some badges expose clear descriptions while others require separate official announcements for campaign details.
It means LootWire observed the badge recently. It does not automatically mean Twitch released it on that exact date.
LootWire avoids guessing campaign dates or times when the official data does not support them.
