Terms of Use
Terms for using LootWire, including informational data, third-party services, automated feeds, trademarks, acceptable use and liability limits.
Informational service
LootWire provides gaming and streaming information for convenience. Prices, discounts, free-game availability, event dates, Twitch viewer counts, campaign requirements and similar data can change after a page is loaded. Always verify time-sensitive information on the original store, publisher or platform before making a purchase or relying on an offer.
Third-party services and links
Links to stores, Twitch channels, publishers and news sources lead to services that LootWire does not control. Purchases, account linking, Drops eligibility, subscriptions, refunds and platform rules are governed by those third parties.
Automated data
Parts of LootWire are generated from APIs, feeds, public structured sources and cached snapshots. Reasonable effort is made to classify data correctly, but uninterrupted availability, completeness or accuracy is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The LootWire name, site design and original explanatory material belong to their respective operator/creators. Game names, screenshots, store artwork, Twitch assets, company names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, overload APIs, scrape the site at abusive rates, inject malicious code or use LootWire in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Limitation
LootWire is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by expired offers, third-party errors, platform outages, inaccurate external data or decisions made solely from time-sensitive information shown on the site.
