Twitch Game Rankings separates the current category order from metrics LootWire has accumulated through its own snapshots. Live mode answers what is popular right now. Rolling 7-, 30- and 90-day views answer how the categories LootWire has observed performed across time.
Historical numbers are observational, not official all-time Twitch analytics. A peak viewer count means the highest value LootWire captured during the selected tracking period, and hours watched are derived from the snapshots available to the tracker. Longer tracking produces a richer picture.

Aggregate snapshots collected by LootWire over the selected observation window.

No. They are calculated from snapshots observed and stored by LootWire.
Peak is the largest observed point, while average viewers represent performance across multiple snapshots.
The historical picture becomes more complete as LootWire accumulates more observations, although it still represents LootWire’s tracking coverage rather than every second of Twitch activity.
